ESTATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Estate Planning Centre can assist with family provision claims, disputed estates, rectification of a Will and other estate matters. 

Under Succession laws, certain classes of people are eligible to make a claim against a deceased estate if they have not received adequate provision in the deceased’s Will.  Our team can act for both estates in defending claims and for claimants, to ensure they receive a proper provision from an estate. 

Where possible, we work to mediate and negotiate resolutions out of Court, but we are experienced and prepared to stand with you as you seek a Court determination if needed.
