WHY CHOOSE MEDIATION?

Will disputes can be highly acrimonious and lengthy legal battles, casting a dark cloud over the memory of a loved one. Estate mediation offers a superior alternative to courtroom litigation, saving time, money, and stress.

At The Estate Planning Centre, we facilitate meaningful dialogue between parties, supervised by a professional mediator, ensuring a fair and amicable resolution. With a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record, we understand the difficult nature of family disputes and help disputing parties reach a fair compromise expediently and honestly.

Our approach ensures that all parties feel listened to and that the compromise is fair. We strive to maintain the dignity of all involved and to find a resolution swiftly, preventing further debates and allowing everyone to move on with their lives.
