ABOUT US

At The Estate Planning Centre, we specialise in making complex legal issues straightforward for our clients. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer-centric services, efficiently managed through our continued focus on and development of efficient systems and practice. 

Our firm is dedicated to Wills, estate planning, probate, and deceased estates and we are passionate about enhancing our team’s skills in these key areas and providing an environment that supports sustainable practice.

The work is diverse and intricate, often intersecting with other legal fields including commercial law, company law, property law, superannuation and guardianship/administration matters. 

Our office is conveniently located in the Sydney CBD. We service clients in the Greater Sydney area and Australia-wide.

WE ARE SEEKING

We’re in search of lawyers skilled in succession law, ready to tailor their role to their strengths and career goals.  

Both full-time and part-time candidates (minimum 0.6) are encouraged to apply. We offer competitive remuneration and flexible working arrangements. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct client meetings and devise effective strategies; 

  • Provide advice and prepare documents for Wills, estate planning, grant applications, and estate administration; 

  • Handle straightforward contentious matters, including evidence collection, pleadings, and court appearances; 

  • Tackle complex cases under supervision; and 

  • Contribute to business development and the improvement of our systems and processes. 

SELECTION CRITERIA

You will: 

  • be dedicated to a legal career in estate planning or deceased estate matters; 

  • share our goal of providing excellent client-centric service, providing and solving legal issues with clarity and demystifying legal issues; and 

  • embrace our core values: Unyielding Integrity, Prioritising People and Purposeful Collaboration. 

    Candidates with at least 2 years’ experience in succession law will be highly regarded.
